Phase I Property Release for Watermark

Charleston, SC (March 2006) – The Beach Company is pleased to announce the Watermark Grand Opening Event on Thursday April 6th. Guests are invited to preview Mt. Pleasant's upcoming premier neighborhood, including the first release of single-family homesites and luxury townhomes. A rain date is slated for the following Thursday (April 13th).

The event will be held on-site from 5:00 until 8:00 in the evening at the property located off Bowman Road just west of Rifle Range Road in Mt. Pleasant. You are invited to join Beach Residential for hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and entertainment in previewing this Phase I Property Release. Please RSVP to 843.971.1312 by March 30th.

This mixed-use traditional neighborhood community will feature single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and limited complimentary commercial space. This Watermark will also feature access to a 33-acre lake, community pool, park and lakeside trailways.
