Watermark Release a Sellout

Charleston, SC (April 2006) – The Beach Company is pleased to announce the sellout of Watermark's initial property release.

The Grand Opening Event on April 6th marked the release and sale of the initial 41 homesites in the community. Watermark consists of a total of 118 single-family homesites.

Watermark is an 82 acre parcel located at Rifle Range and Bowman Roads, near the center of the town limits. In addition to homesites, the Watermark neighborhood will consist of townhomes, luxury multi-family rental residences and complimentary retail/commercial space. Amenities include a 33-acre lake, walking/biking trail system, pool/amenity center, and an extensive network of parks and open space.

The community's next property release is anticipated to take place in early Summer 2006. Sales for the homesites and townhomes are being coordinated by Beach Residential, the residential brokerage division of The Beach Company.
