Watermark Grand Opening Event a Success / Sales Center Now Open

Charleston, SC (April 2006) – The Beach Company is pleased to announce the opening of the Watermark on-site sales center along with the success of the Grand Opening event.

The opening of the sales center was planned in conjunction with the April 6th on-site Grand Opening event and Phase I Property Release. A Beach Residential representative will now be available on-site at the sales center, Monday - Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A $5,000 deposit is required, and Beach Residential will be accepting contracts at their until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20. Further pricing, program details and information regarding single-family homesites and townhomes is now available.

The Watermark Grand Opening event held on Thursday April 6th represented the release of Phase I homesites and luxury townhome preview. The event was held on-site from 5:00 until 8:00 in the evening at the property located off Bowman Road just west of Rifle Range Road in Mt. Pleasant. Over 500 guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and entertainment while receiving this Phase I Property Release details. Thanks to all who attended and made the event a true success.

Watermark is an 82-acre parcel located at Rifle Range and Bowman Roads, near the center of the town limits. The Watermark neighborhood will consist of single-family homesites, attached townhomes, and Class A multi-family rental residences with complimentary retail/commercial space. Amenities include a 33-acre lake, walking/biking trail system, pool/amenity center, and an extensive network of parks and open space.

Sales for the homesites and townhomes will be coordinated by Beach Residential, with the leasing of the rental residences handled by Beach Management, the residential brokerage and property management divisions of The Beach Company respectively.
