Watermark On-Site Sales Center Re-Opens

Charleston, SC (January 2007) – After a temporary relocation to Beach Residential in The Shoppes at Seaside Farms, Watermark is pleased to announce that the on-site sales center is again fully functional and will have full-time sales agents on duty Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm and Sunday from 1 - 5 pm. The relocation came as a result of sitework progress, causing the on-site sales function to be temporarily suspended in the month of December.

Watermark has seen a great deal of progress over the past month. Sitework contractor Gulfstream Construction has completed street connections, which will provide access to the Town's future Hungry Neck Boulevard Phase II. Sidewalks are also in place along the new section of Appling Drive, with the next step being installation of all the secondary streets throughout the neighborhood.
