Watermark Sales Temporarily Locates to Beach Residential at Seaside Farms

Charleston, SC (December 2006) – As a result of sitework progress being made at Watermark, Mount Pleasant's newest traditional neighborhood, the sales function for the project will temporarily be located at Beach Residential in The Shoppes at Seaside Farms, 1973 Riviera Drive, Suite 7, Mount Pleasant. Currently, sitework contractor Gulfstream Construction is completing street connections to an adjacent neighborhood, which will provide access to the Town's future Hungry Neck Blvd. Phase II. This milestone requires the closing of the on-site sales center for the month of December. Full access to the on-site sales center will once again be available after the first of the year.
